Film and TV series characters, singers and personalities of pop culture, these are the subjects of Akse's hyper-realistic murals.

Akse has been making the streets of English cities his personal museum since the early 1990s. If you walk through the streets of Manchester, where he lives, but also London, Liverpool, Blackpool and some European cities you might come across one of his many murals.

Over the years his art, style and technique have refined and now his works are easily recognizable thanks to a detailed realism and the choice of subjects.

On gigantic walls, Akse represents today’s idols, characters from TV series and movies, singers and some of the representatives of pop culture.

These days, on the occasion of the release of the last season of Game of Thrones, he has created two murals dedicated to two of the most beloved characters, Arya and Tyrion.
