The archaeological site of the Pyramids of Giza is one of those places on Earth where man’s technology seems to have reached its maximum possibilities. The works in the Egyptian desert combine aspects related to art, archaeology and spirituality, all aspects that have contributed to the fascination for the Pyramids, which a few days ago were the scene of Forever is Now II, a public art exhibition in which some of the greatest international artists participate.
From 27 October to 30 November, the aim of the second edition of Art D’Egypte will be to relate present and past, reflecting on the mutual importance of future and history. In fact, the exhibition places in a context filled with 4600 years of history works that dialogue with new technologies, a project realised in collaboration with Meta.
It will be possible to immerse oneself in the installations positioned around the Pyramids through 13 dedicated Instagram filters, to which will be added an audio guide narrating the conception phase of the works and the history of the artists.

The names featured at Forever is Now II are Almed Karaly, El Seed, Emilio Ferro, JR, Jwan Yosef, Liter of Light, Pascale Tayou, Mohammed Al Faraj, Natalie Clark, SpY, There Antoine and Zeinab Al Hashemi.
All the works relate history, nature and spirituality, with man at the centre of an age-old discourse that is still open and in which we can immerse ourselves thanks to new technological tools.
The artists involved in this case are not just guests in a public art exhibition, but become first-hand interpreters of this broader narrative about art.
