After the opening of the hotel in Shenzhen earlier this year, the MUJI brand will open the doors of another branch within the next month. This is the hotel in the Ginza district of Tokyo.
MUJI defined the hotel as “anti-gorgeous” and “anti-cheap”, focusing instead on minimal aesthetics. The structure consists of 79 rooms, distributed between the sixth and tenth floors of the brand’s new flagship store.
Inside the hotel there are nine different types of rooms (from type A to type I), with twin or bunk beds, large open spaces with reading corner and wooden bathtub. In each room there are MUJI products, which reflect an eco-sustainable ethic.
The opening of the hotel, for April 4, meanwhile, you can admire it in our gallery.
