The last work by Octavi Arrizabalaga aka ARYZ, entitled "Pugna", was made inside the Temple of Saint-Éloi in Rouen. Discover it in our gallery!

The Spanish artist Octavi Arrizabalaga, better known as ARYZ, returns to surprise with unique work. It is called Pugna and is a giant installation created in an atypical place, especially for the subject. The work portrays four gigantic identical men intent on fighting and has been placed at the end of the central nave, just in front of the altar, of the Temple of Saint-Éloi in Rouen, France.

Pugna takes up the unmistakable style of the Spanish street artist who, in a rather extraordinary way, manages both to blend in with the colors of the architecture that surrounds it and to contrast strongly with the style of the building built between 1228 and 1580.

The modern meets the ancient but not only, but the sacred also meets the profane this strange marriage of styles could not have been better than this.

ARYZ has created Pugna, which will remain on display until September 22, on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name held in Hangar 107, also in Rouen, which will open on September 20 and will remain open until November 24.
