Live with nature.
Architect Kotaro Anzai of ADX Studio along with founder Takahiro Homma have designed a prefabricated home perfect for getting away from it all to live in close contact with nature.
“SANU” this is the title of the project, is nothing more than a kind of second home where you can escape, run away from the city to take refuge in nature. At the moment these small cabins are found only in some cities of Japan and book it is very simple, it works like any subscription.
The idea of the architects was born thanks or because of, you name it, the pandemic that has locked us in our homes. So the ADX studio has been ingenious to find a solution for those who just want to escape from home to work in peace or simply looking for a safe place away from the chaos of the big cities.
All these special cabins are located in strategic points, bordering in fact the lands of the national park with a super view of the lakes, surrounded by wooded mountains. To complete and make everything special is the design of the cabin, deliberately attractive and modern, “SANU” is composed of 100% domestic wood and recycled concrete, and can be easily disassembled and rebuilt elsewhere.
The interior spaces are perfect for a couple, “SANU” is in fact composed of an open and comfortable living room, a wooden deck where guests can have breakfast while admiring the view, a kitchen, a bathroom and a work space.
In short, “SANU” is a real refuge where you can escape without thinking too much about it, an innovative project but above all sustainable to bring us closer to nature and escape from big cities, here are all the photos.
