Since 2012, New York’s Hudson Yards, an area of 45 hectares between Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, the High Line, and the Hudson River, are seeing the birth of public spaces and skyscrapers aimed at renovating and rebuilding this neighborhood on the West Side of Manhattan. It is in this city space that the New York design studio Snarkitecture will open its first permanent exhibition space, Snark Park, on 15 March 2019.
In the space, it will be possible to find immersive installations and exhibitions of everyday objects reimagined in the style that has distinguished Snarkitecture for ten years with the use of unconventional materials.
Moreover, Snark Park will also be a meeting place for creative ideas with design environments dedicated to people of all ages, to explore, discover and have fun.
“Snark Park will act as an incubator for a host of bold new concepts – a catalyst for our imagination of the future of cultural spaces.”
Snark Park will also be active on online platforms thanks to its collaboration with Squarespace, the leading website building platform.
