J’attends la nuit, facing your own demons is painful and liberating

Our selection of videos has led us to choose one made by Arthur Chaumay, a student of the école Gobelins. Entitled J’attends la nuit, in this animated short we see a dialogue between young people, surrounded by the calm of a lake and the light lights of sunset.

There is a special understanding between the two, even if one of them is still full of doubts and fears, perhaps not yet ready to express his feelings freely. This internal upset, perceptible by the boy’s behavior, is metaphorically shown with a fly following him, almost as if he didn’t want to let him go and finds a way to enter his veins.

Will he be able to get rid of it?

It’s about The Shining starring Jim Carrey HERE.
