In this short video, the models wear the latest creations of Fendi’s creative director, Silvia Venturini Fendi, in the neoclassical context of the location and throughout the day until the night, Day-To-Night precisely.

The movement of the models draws a map and reveals the architecture of the Palace of Civilization in Eur as the shot expands over the entire city of Rome.
The map is actually an archival print called “Fendiland”, which reproduces a cartographic map of Rome.

Pastel and earth tones dominate the collection, as do electric yellow and bright green. The aesthetic of the entire collection is light in the lines with oversized leather trench coats and denim jackets.

All this Spring 2022 is characterized by new proportions, the cuts make the clothes look light regardless of the fabric used (denim, jacquard, silk, linen). The sartorial codes change, are transformed to build reversible garments – almost all of them are in this collection.

Even the accessories go a little outside the box, such as sunglasses that are actually swimming goggles made in collaboration with Arena, bags with compartments for ping pong paddles and more.

I thought of a man who has a great desire for freedom. That’s why I also designed short jackets and shirts that reveal the belly and playful accessories: fantasy can be an exhaust valve and a means to acquire feelings of freedom”, said Silvia Venturini Fendi on the sidelines of the presentation.
