On March 26, 33 years ago, Nike launched the first sneaker with visible Air technology, the iconic Air Max 1. Thanks to the unparalleled genius of Tinker Hatfield, the Beaverton-based company will change the world of footwear forever and radically.
This year, Nike continues to celebrate that revolution with a series of releases scheduled for Air Max Day on March 26th.
The 2020 edition will feature three releases: the Air Max 2090, with a more modern silhouette and available in two different colorways, white for men and children and a pink exclusively for women.
The Air Max 90 “Reverse Duck Camo” which, in addition to drawing inspiration from the Air Max 90 Atmos of 2013, are presented with a color combination reversed from the original with the addition of red to give energy to the whole, will be released inside the Air Max Duck Camo Pack together with a camouflage printed version of the Air Max 2090.
On March 26th the Air Max Metallic Pack will also be released, which includes three solid colorways (gold, rose gold, silver) of the iconic Air Max 90 with white contrast sole.
