Following the “About Love” campaign, Tiffany & Co. recently released its latest short film titled “Date Night”.
In the starring role, Beyoncé and Jay-Z return, this time joined by Blue Ivy, the Carters’ nine-year-old daughter.
The short film traces what might be a typical night out for the Carters, sitting in the back of their Rolls-Royce while cruising the streets of New York eating pizza and drinking Armand de Brignac champagne.
The film is also an homage to a scene from Breakfast at Tiffany‘s, when Audrey Hepburn puts on lipstick while sitting in the back seat of a cab and discussing her love affairs.
The Carters’ road trip soundtrack features two iconic songs like Paul Anka’s “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” and Bert Kaempfert’s “Three O’ Clock In The Morning”, while Beyoncé has fun playing “He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not“.
The short ends with Jay-Z declaring his love to his beloved and Beyoncé smilingly plucking the last petal from the flower.
