The city is a playground, a set of tracks, of obstacles to overcome. The street is a place that must be imagined.
It is from this concept that Timberland has decided to do something totally different and innovative, creating the new FLYROAM collection.
To find out, and tell you, his characteristics we made a trip up and down the city, developing the three campaign concepts with which the sneaker was launched: Be Fast. Be Light. Be Free.
The tattoo model Camillo Agnello, the rapper Lazza and the writer and tattoo artist Luca Font, three Creators related to urban culture, triggered by the camera of Simone Bramante aka Brahmino, one of the most original photographers of the Italian and international scene.
Together with him we decided to forget about any obstacle, and recreate them ourselves, don’t think about the movement but reinvent it. Simone explains us:
“Be fast, Be Light, Be Free.” They are three complementary attitudes that I found in the three boys involved, each with their own way of living space and the buildings around.
Where “Be Fast” is the rhythm in the movement, “Be Light” is the agility with which it is accomplished, “Be Free” the lack of impediments. One lives without the other, but adding them together, limits become just mental issue.
There is no hesitation to interact with an idea or an emotional brake. Versatility, lightness and resistance, as characteristics of FLYROAM also become creative ideas, aesthetic considerations.
We ignore borders, rise above, transcend limitations. We get the edge.
