In Pisa, on December 14th, “Attitude | Graffiti writing, Street art, Neo Muralism” opened, an exhibition-event in which 45 artists from all over the world will participate.
In the setting of Palazzo Blu, the talents of Urban Art will be celebrated until April 3, 2022, through 74 works coming from the artists’ archives and from important collections. All the declinations of urban art will be explored during the festival, helping to define them in some large collections. The words of the curator of the project Gianguido Grassi help to identify 3 categories: Graffiti Writing, Street art and Neo Muralism, which in turn branches into figurative and abstract.

“Attitude | Graffiti writing, Street art, Neo Muralism” wants to bring street art inside museums, a delicate challenge that starts by reasoning on the legacy of the main exponents of the current as Keith Haring.
Keith Haring has a special bond with Pisa, having created the Tuttomondo mural in the Tuscan city in 1989. From this significant event for Italian art, Pisa has become one of the epicenters of this cultural phenomenon that can influence the collective imagination and change the face of our cities.
Every month, and for the entire duration of the event, the exhibition will be interspersed with four live performances, to deepen even more the meaning of Attitude. The first to exhibit is 108, an exponent of abstract post-graffiti, which in the past has exhibited among others in Venice and Paris.
