Brain Dead, the brand founded by Kyle NG, presented its first collaboration with Marvel paying homage to one of the most beloved characters of the X-Men world, Wolverine.
A capsule collection completely dedicated to the character created by Len Wein and cartoonist Herb Trimpe and who made his first appearance in October 1974 in the comic series dedicated to the Incredible Hulk.
“Wolverine has always been our favorite Marvel superhero. His character has attracted some of the best illustrators and authors to draw and write for him. We took some of our personal favorite works to translate into products”, writes the brand in a press release.
Brain Dead’s collection in collaboration with Marvel and dedicated to Wolverine includes a series of three T-shirts, a long sleeve, a hoodie, a crewneck and a jacket; all pieces featuring graphics taken from comic books centered on the life and adventures of Logan.
To mark the release of this collaboration, Brain Dead has organized an event scheduled for tomorrow, March 16th – the day of the collection’s launch – at its retail store on Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles, with the lookalike of the actor who made the character of Wolverine famous on the big screen, Hugh Jackman.
The capsule collection dedicated to Wolverine will be available from March 16th both online on the Brain Dead webstore and in selected retailers such as Brain Dead Milano and Dover Street Market.
