We told you a week ago that A-COLD-WALL* and Converse were about to release their new collaboration.
Today we present to you the capsule collection that saw the English designer and founder of A-COLD-WALL*, Samuel Ross, make available to Converse all his know-how and the dictates of his aesthetic made of asymmetry and soft colors.

Already seen during London Fashion Week in June 2019, Ross reworked two Converse silhouettes, the Chuck Taylor All Star and ERX, and created two tracksuits that embody the functionality and aesthetics of A-COLD-WALL*.

The Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged is a boot-keyed reworking of the iconic All Star: oversized outsole, dobby upper, waterproof overlay and lacing give the Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged more functionality. This choice stems from Ross’ frequent trips to the Caribbean, where he “took” his Chuck Taylors on long hikes in the mountains, “my childhood experience influenced this idea of turning the All-Stars into something more durable”.

The Converse x A-COLD-WALL* ERX, on the other hand, has a simpler structure, in suede leather.

The collection is completed with two nylon tracksuits that express the concepts that Samuel Ross has consolidated over the years and through his work.

The Converse x A-COLD-WALL* capsule collection is available from today on the A-COLD-WALL* website and from September 17 at selected retailers and online on the Converse website.
