From 1950 onwards, Edwin has consistently carried on the tradition of Japanese culture and innovation in the world of denim. Today, the brand founded in 1947 in Tokyo, presents the denim collection “Made in Japan“, for Spring /Summer 2020, with a seductive editorial. All items were conceived, designed and produced in Japan, as well as the editorial was set entirely in the streets of Tokyo, produced by sabukaru online team and shot by photographer Nicolas “Yuthanan” Chalmeau.
The fabrics used to make the collection were produced in the famous Nihon Menpu and Kaihara denim factories in Okayama, and then finished in the Edwin factory, obviously in Japan.
The “Made in Japan” collection will be available in Edwin stores in Milan, London, Berlin, Paris, Tokyo and Osaka as soon as they reopen and online at selected retailers.
