21 Savage protagonist of SS21 menswear by Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton presented the capsule menswear collection Spring/Summer 2021 inspired by California, by the days on the beach in Venice Beach, where the shots are set, starring the British rapper 21 Savage.

A collection that develops following the various phases of the day, from sunrise to sunset, and that includes pastel-colored suits, Hawaiian shorts and shirts, Japanese denim and cotton characterized by the classic monogram.

The color palette recalls the broad spectrum of colors typical of dawn and dusk with a greater push towards navy tones, marked by the typical characteristics of watercolor.

An eclectic capsule collection, the one created by Virgil Abloh for this Louis Vuitton SS21 and that for the most part was made keeping in mind eco-sustainability: the French maison aims at a 100% eco-design strategy by 2025. The colors were obtained without the use of metals and chlorine while the cotton was certified by the Better Cotton Initiative and the Global Organic Textile Standard.

Below you can take a look at the lookbook of Louis Vuitton’s SS21 menswear collection.
