Better late than never, the collaboration between two of the most dedicated brands to partnering with others has finally arrived. Carhartt WIP and Palace, both deeply connected to the world of skateboarding and needing no introduction. The launch was accompanied by a hilarious short film written by Stuart Hammond (PWBC) that pokes fun at the theme of ‘real work’ in a fictional Palace Carhartt WIP factory. In short, it’s a collaboration worth discovering, combining the typical workwear staples of the American brand with Palace’s wit.
This is a collaboration we’ve been waiting for, and it shows that – after years of partnering with all kinds of brands – it’s possible to work together on something concrete without any missteps. The classic Carhartt pieces take center stage in this venture, including work overalls, coveralls, some shirts, sweatshirts, and caps, along with the iconic Michigan jacket. All of this is complemented by co-branding designed to capture the attention of true fans of both brands. The inspiration – as seen in Hammond’s short film – is indeed workwear as we know it, the undisputed star of this campaign that also doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Now, all that’s left is to await the collection’s release, available from September 15. You can find all the details right here on the Palace website.
