A Ma Maniére presented “Raised By Women”, a stunning black and white short film, made to mark the collaboration with Jordan Brand and the upcoming release of the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 3.
A three and a half minute that celebrates and pays homage to black women and embodies the essence of this collaboration. A real thank you to all the women who every day, among the difficulties of a society that often underestimates and neglects them, carry on dreams, projects, families and work.

The short film, directed by the Turner Brothers, recounts the lives of mothers, artists, nurses, students, teachers, and many others – there is also Kamala Harris, the first woman and the first African-American woman to become vice president of the United States – accompanied by a monologue of thanksgiving and reflection on the often difficult conditions that women, all women, are forced to live.
