After fifteen years of public relations work, New Yorker Sidney Prawatyotin moved from the east coast to the west coast, completely changing his life into Siduations.
In Los Angeles, permanently bottled in traffic, to pass the time he began to edit with various editing apps images of fashion shows. The basic idea was to extract the models from the context of the catwalk and put them in completely different situations. Some of the combinations are so daring that they are surreal and absolutely fun, and if you like something, why not share it on Instagram?
It all began as a hobby, sharing his collages with friends, today the profile of Siduations has almost one hundred thousand followers.
The question Sidney asks every time he sees a strange, uncommon item of clothing, parading on a catwalk is “how would it be worn in reality? In everyday life?”. So the models are taken to the subway, the street and any other place that ordinary people know and live on a daily basis.
