Since its founding in Ferrara in 1989 by Luca Benini, Slam Jam has established itself as a driving and decisive reality for what is the bridge between streetwear and fashion, including through a deep connection with art, music and the world of clubbing by continuing to give voice to all subcultures.

This collaboration features Dr. Martens’ 1461 reimagined and reworked taking as its starting point the influence of construction workers’ uniforms that prioritize comfort, visibility and protection.

The timeless 3-eyelet is constructed of smooth black leather with custom-molded uppers and sidewalls inspired by protective footwear. Visibility is emphasized with reflective details and laces. Embossed with Slam Jam’s (Un)corporate Uniforms logo along with Dr. Martens’ iconic yellow dot on the welt, this 1461 represents the perfect synthesis of the two brands’ identities.

The Dr. Martens X Slam Jam 1461 will be available online at both Dr. Martens and Slam Jam websites starting tomorrow, October 20
