As soon as the phone became part of our lives, whether it was a landline, cordless or mobile phone, it became more and more present on the big screen. In some of the films that we love and that have made history, the protagonists speak to each other via a handset.
This device has allowed directors and screenwriters to write absurd dialogues, to make the characters say things they would never have said, to pronounce brilliant phrases that are difficult to come out of our heads.
But conversations are not always easy and sometimes the phone becomes an object of venting until it is brutally broken.
The Movie Phone Montage video, made by freelance videographer Sebastien Kerroumi, contains some of the emblematic calls, from Fight Club to Inglorious Bastards, from Pulp Fiction to Scarface and it seems that not even extraterrestrials escape the charm of the phone.
