“Wild Love”, a romantic getaway turned into a tragedy

After two years, more than 100 international selections and 26 awards at the world’s biggest film festivals, Wild Love, the 3D animated short film made by five filmmakers from the Ecole des Nouvelles Images in Avignon, is finally available online for all to see.

Wild Love tells the story of Alan and Beverly, a pair of lovers who, during a romantic getaway in the mountains, have to deal with an angry and dangerous enemy. What could have been a passionate and sentimental dream comedy turns into a bloody tragedy. Mixing style, humour and a touch of nonconformity, this funny and quirky short film reminds us that it is better not to mess with Mother Nature.

Wild Love is, after Hors Piste, the second collaboration between the French school and the animation collective MegaComputeur.

Enjoy the film!
