VentiVenti is a crew of multidisciplinary artists who, already with the choice of the name, do not hide their interest in the experimentation and creation of innovative projects that mix art and digital languages.
Their works, ranging from audio/visual performances to interactive installations, projection mapping, live painting and live/DJ sets, pay particular attention to the symbiotic relationship between visual and sound stimuli, but also to what binds man to art and technology.
On the occasion of Milano Music Week, the project “adidas Originals meets Santeria” and the sixth appointment of Container, the young collective will be the protagonist of three different experiences that will involve the public in two different locations.
From November 15th to December 11th, the adidas Originals Flagship Store of Via Alessio di Tocqueville, 11, will host a temporary installation designed to combine the brand’s streetwear identity with that of Milano Music Week.
The Flagship Store will be invaded by long yellow wires, illuminated with UV lights, which will give the space and the entire work a dynamic visual effect and impact.
The artwork is based on the key element of the MPC, the electronic musical instrument produced by the Japanese company Akai in the 1980s, which for this occasion has also become the symbol of the entire initiative
The same element and the same concept can be found in fact on 23 November in Santeria for the project, created for Milan Music Week “adidas Originals meets Santeria”.
For this occasion, the crew has not only set up all the rooms of the venue in Via Toscana 31, but will also hold a workshop, already sold out, during which will introduce 20 students to this new creative expression that is the Visual art.
During the early afternoon workshop, “VentiVenti Visual“, participants will be introduced to the basic principles for creating and managing live visual in events and concerts, will be guided in the creation of video content that will be projected during the live, and will tell the story of the birth and development of the entire project designed for adidas Originals.
All the work of the artistic collective, but also that of the participants in the workshop, will finally be the protagonist of the entire day of the event, starting with the installations of the central room designed specifically to accompany the different musical genres that will alternate during all hours, that of the Piscologists, the Concerts, Mara and Birthh, but also those of the Relaxing Room, made of light games, weaves of wires and graphic elements that dialogue in space creating a new environment.
An unmissable event designed to give the public a continuous experience that begins on November 15 at #OriginalsMilano, demonstrating once again how the Flagship Store is a place where you can create a dialogue between the public and artists and continues in Santeria on November 23.
