Yeletres is an artist duo composed of Tres and Yele. Two distinct paths that for years traveled on parallel tracks, crossing in the territories of urban art and visual activism, until they eventually found a point of fusion that today has transformed into a unique, coherent and extremely powerful project.

Tres comes from the late ‘90s graffiti scene, a context in which he shaped his gaze and his visual language. His first outlines on walls gradually gave way to a wider and more multifaceted practice, capable of overflowing beyond the boundaries of writing and touching new territories, guided by a meticulous attention to form and by an aesthetic that always remains recognizable. His is a path of continuous experimentation, where the urban root is never denied but transformed.

Yele, on the other hand, brings to the duo the political tension of someone who experiences art as a tool of intervention. A lifelong visual activist, she has supported national and international movements, transforming images, symbols and graphics into communicative weapons that speak about social, environmental and gender issues. Her practice rejects the idea of art as a mere aesthetic experience: every project becomes a declaration, a stance, propaganda in its most noble sense.

Together, Tres and Yele build a mix shaped by years of fieldwork, blending urban art, graphic design and activism. Yeletres is not just a name, but a new horizon: the demonstration that when two languages meet without losing their identity, they can generate an aesthetic capable of being at once beautiful, incisive and profoundly political.
