We already caught a glimpse of it on Highsnobiety, but now the PUMA capsule collection in collaboration with A$AP Rocky is finally available for purchase. This isn’t the first time the artist and the brand have teamed up, but after its debut at New York Fashion Week, the highly anticipated Mostro 3.D is here. In addition to this iconic model, A$AP Rocky has reinterpreted another classic PUMA sneaker, the Inhale, adding his personal touch with a distressed treatment all around and unique embroidery. But it’s not just about sneakers—this partnership also introduces a capsule collection that perfectly blends streetwear with race-inspired design. Let’s take a closer look.

First, the sneakers

One of the most anticipated pieces of the collection is undoubtedly the Mostro 3.D. This model represents A$AP Rocky’s intention to explore and redefine the boundaries of footwear design. The sneaker features a bold and futuristic look, thanks to an innovative resin-based 3D printing process, making it as unique as it is revolutionary.

The Inhale Distressed draws inspiration from auto mechanics, whose clothes get stained with grease and oil after a day in the workshop. This concept of wear and imperfection is at the core of the collection, which includes authentic racing design details and A$AP Rocky x PUMA branding. The distressed treatment, found throughout the line, brings to life pieces that already feel infused with stories and experiences.

The full collection

The collection consists of nine pieces (including the two sneakers mentioned above). It starts with a tank top featuring the PUMA Cat logo and AWGE branding on the back, reminiscent of workshop clothing; the Knee Pad Pants, inspired by pit crew kneepads with racing details and embroidered Formstrip; the Team Zip Polo, a polo with a zip that blends streetwear with racing, featuring bold graphics; baggy denim shorts with oversized PUMA branding and racing details; the Webbing Belt, inspired by car seat belts, with a seat belt-style buckle; and the leather belt with a crystal buckle and removable pockets, inspired by tool belts. Lastly, there’s the padded balaclava, which resembles a racing helmet with PUMA and AWGE graphics.

As with previous collaborations, A$AP Rocky was actively involved in the entire creative process, from product design to directing the marketing campaign. “It was time for me to put my personal touch on some of the best footwear models PUMA has to offer,” the artist stated. His vision is reflected in every detail of the collection, which combines aesthetics, performance, and innovation.
