A year ago we told you here how NOAH had reworked two of Barbour‘s classic and iconic jackets, the Bedale and the Beaufort.
Today the two brands present their new collaboration-the fourth now-with the most recognizable of Barbour jackets, the Bedale, at its center.
In what we can define as the second part of the 2021 joint venture, the one Barbour and NOAH unveiled yesterday is a collaboration that takes its cue and inspiration from the nature-related lifestyle but contextualized from a temporal point of view in the 1960s, in a campaign that emphasizes precisely this primal relationship that should never be underestimated.
The lakes of the American East Coast provide a backdrop to the bucolic countryside that poses tells of a day of fishing among friends.
In constructing and revisiting Barbour’s Bedale jacket, NOAH pays homage to the brand founded in South Shields, England in 1894, using a protective fabric composed of 60 percent cotton and 40 percent Nylon. The Bedale Barbour x NOAH 2022 has been declined in 8 colorways, retains the unmistakable ribbed collar, while a removable, fur-trimmed check lining graces the interior.
Complementing the capsule are T-shirts and crewnecks featuring ironic prints such as an illustration of a duck wearing the collaboration garments, as well as corduroy cargo pants, hats and other accessories.
The Barbour x NOAH collaboration will be available starting tomorrow online at NOAH’s website, at the New York-based brand’s flagship stores, and at select Dover Street Market outlets.
