The Livit design studio has designed a series of small shelters, called “birdbox” with breathtaking views of the Norwegian fjords. Imagine yourself relaxing in many small houses nestled close to an arm of the sea that creeps into the coast, even for several kilometers, flooding an ancient glacial valley. A real dream come true thanks to the Livit studio with birdbox, creating a unique atmosphere of calm and freedom for travelers.

A minimalist design, which does not aim to be refined and luxurious, but on the contrary wants to integrate fully with the surrounding nature while offering comfort and views that seem to be framed in the vast natural context. Every house has been designed taking care, as often happens, of every possible detail, every color palette is chosen because it wants to enhance the mountains surrounding the birdboxes.

The Livit studio wanted to create a structure that could allow unique experiences, without exaggeration, putting inside only the essential. All birdboxes are in fact built in composite materials to withstand any environment without the need for special maintenance.
Each structure can be lifted with a helicopter in emergency situations and easily adaptable to other flat areas of the country.
The birdboxes are also made in two different sizes, mini and medium, characterized by large windows and their small size.

These small shelters are open to everyone, currently available for rent only in the south of the country, and in the Fauske area, a Norwegian municipality in the county of Nordland.
