“So good to bite”. With this sentence, we can summarize the new McDonald’s campaign appeared on the French streets by the agency TBWA Paris.
The Parisian agency and the famous chain have been collaborating for years now, for the McDonald’s NO LOGO campaign they have specially created the “bitten billboards”, three backlit billboards around the city of Paris that seems literally bitten.
Three of McDonald’s most popular products were chosen for the occasion: a bigMac, a cheeseburger and fries.
Each product was photographed in detail, in the foreground with the aim of making them immediately recognizable. To show how irresistible each product is, each billboard was bitten, leaving teeth marks, as if it were impossible to resist.
The Danish company, founded in Copenhagen in 2017, Tekla has now become one of the coolest and trendiest brands in the world of home comfort. Starting from a very solid base in textiles, Tekla makes household linens such as, bed sheets, pajamas, robes, etc. After its collaboration with Stüssy a few months ago, today the collection created together with the most fashionable creative studio in the last 4/5 years, JJJJound, is launched on the market.
The two brands have joined forces and conceived a limited collection that includes comforter covers, pillow covers and linen sheets in an exclusive taupe hue.
Each individual piece in the collection was made from a special type of the highest quality open-weave linen, weighing 180 GSM, so as to ensure maximum comfort and breathability.
The design and aesthetic of the collection reflects that typical of the two brands involved, minimalism and cleanliness. In addition, each piece features and is finished with the JJJJound logo embroidered in white and found in the lower left corner of the comforter cover, along with a Tekla banner and marbled buttons with the Danish brand’s logo.
If you have at least once in your life happened to put a pair of inline skates on your feet, then you can understand my excitement to learn the news that, one two of my favorite brands and closely related to this world, Clarks Originals, has announced its latest collaboration with Them Skates.
The collaboration includes two iconic Clarks Originals silhouettes, Wallabee Boot and Wallabee Cup Mule, reimagined in terms of materials and coloration; and two pairs of the skating brand’s skates, THEM 80s, with 80 mm wheelbase, and THEM 909s, with 58 mm wheels.
“The Wallabee runs deep in inline skating shoe culture. Just like in hip hop culture in the late nineties, the Wallabee was a staple shoe for the before and after skate lifestyle. Run it back to 1996 and you would see the Wallabee on many skaters and brand advertisements. Naturally, a collaboration with Clark’s Originals and Them Skates was inevitable”, these are the words of Jon Julio, founder of Them Skates.
This collaboration brings together the world of 90s skating and Wallabee’s role in street culture.

Canadian brand Moose Knuckles has launched a special capsule collection, consisting of 10 no-gender items, in collaboration with one of contemporary music’s strongest superstars, Post Malone. The collection seamlessly blends the extraordinary creativity of Post Malone and the disruptive spirit of Moose Knuckles.
“This collaboration with Moose Knuckles was natural from the beginning. The collection is about celebration and doing things your own way based on your instincts. I’m really proud of what we’ve created and I hope you all love it as much as we do”, these are the words with which the singer originally from Syracuse, New York, shared about the collaboration.
The campaign was shot in Utah Nature Park on a winter night earlier this year, and is a luxury take on functional cold-weather clothing.
“Moose Knuckles’ collaboration with Post Malone was inspired by the fearless spirit we all know and love about him. He is a master of collaboration in music and the same can be said for fashion. He is a true visionary and was very involved in every step of the process. We shot everything with a harsh flash in the dark woods, and it was the perfect environment. The brand decided to make the collection available for adults and children, including a kids category, inspired by the son of Bobby Greenleaf, Post Malone’s close friend and Creative Director.

“Entegalactic”, this is the title of the Netflix original animated special that can be seen starting today on the American streaming platform.
Initially conceived as an animated TV series, this special created by Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi aka Kid Cudi, tells the story of Jabari – voiced by Mescudi himself – a charming artist on the threshold of success who, after a chance meeting with his photographer neighbor, Meadow, will be faced with the choice of whether or not to let love into his life.
Also available today on Spotify is the self-titled album, made by Kid Cudi and heard about since 2019, in which the soundtrack of the special is contained.
What makes the project even more fascinating is to discover that the costume design within the special was created by the late Virgil Abloh. In fact, it is no coincidence that “Entegalactic” is being released today, Sept. 30, the 42nd birthday of the designer and creative who passed away prematurely on Nov. 28 last year.
When it came to defining the fashion details of the show, Cudi made sure that each character wore something different in every single espisode. Executive producer Kenya Barris told how they made sure each character stayed true to contemporary trends and aesthetics.
Cudi, in an interview in conjunction with the series on Netflix’s YouTube channel, spoke of his friend Virgil’s untold legacy and how he consistently represents a decisive inspiration, as well as reiterating how integral Abloh’s work for the series was to the story itself.
