The new Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS made for staying (also) at home

The new campaign by Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS follows Florence Huntington-Whiteley within — and beyond — the walls of the home where she grew up. Set in Devon, UK, we accompany the model through a narrative of calm and everyday life that reflects the idea of balance between body and mind — long at the core of ASICS’ philosophy, here once again intertwined with the aesthetic of the Danish brand — transforming the act of returning home into an almost ritual gesture.

It is within this very imagery that the new chapter of the collaboration between Cecilie Bahnsen and ASICS SportStyle takes shape: a reinterpretation of the GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I silhouette, a sneaker that brings technical innovation and couture sensibility into dialogue.

At first glance minimal, almost essential, the shoe actually conceals an extremely complex design process. The structure is stripped down to its core to make room for a precise balance between softness and construction, turning functionality into something that only appears simple. The result is a slip-on silhouette, lace-free, designed to follow the fluid rhythms of contemporary life, where comfort and versatility become central elements.

Bahnsen’s language emerges through the details: the floral motif, a signature element of her work, is directly integrated into the shoe’s construction, creating a subtle tension between femininity and performance. It is not decoration, but structure—an element that operates on both a visual and material level.

The collection comes in two colorways — an essential black and a soft pale pink — the latter particularly significant as it marks the first full pink iteration of the collaboration. A choice that signals a natural evolution of the shared universe between the two brands, built over time through a constant dialogue between opposites.

Beneath the design, the technical component remains intact: the sneaker retains the 360-degree GEL™ technology, ensuring cushioning and comfort for extended everyday use. It is precisely in this overlap between engineering and aesthetic sensitivity that the collaboration finds its balance.

More than just a release, Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS continues to redefine what a sneaker can be today: not only a functional object, but a space where fashion, performance, and personal storytelling intersect. And with Coming Home, this narrative becomes even closer, more domestic, almost quiet—but precisely for this reason, more powerful.
