Bradley Theodore, who grew up between New York and Miami, has been an internationally renowned artist since his early days. After working in technology and design after graduating from the School of Visual Arts, the American designer returned to New York where his artistic career took off. With roots in graphic design, he began as an artist on the streets of New York City with vibrant, colorful skeleton artwork representing contemporary pop culture and the “royalty” of fashion.
Bradley Theodore is known for his colorful paintings and prints of fashion icons. He is a multidisciplinary artist whose iconoclastic approach to art can be found internationally, from three-and-a-half meter murals on the streets of New York, Tokyo and Milan to solo exhibitions in London.

“A skull is for me a symbol of a person’s spirit. It’s like wrapping someone’s soul around their skeletal system.”

From Coco Chanel to Karl Lagerfeld, there are many well-known characters in his work. After years of isolation dedicated to learning painting, he managed to find himself, transforming this dark period of his life into artworks that made him famous.
Bradley Theodore‘s portraits juxtapose the legendary and deadly qualities of modern and contemporary fashion icons, combined with the liveliness of his colors. The artist has become a staple on the art scene and not just in New York.
