With a “cryptic” post on its Instagram accounts, DSM announced its upcoming collaboration with a true icon of the sneaker world, one of the most beloved silhouettes by true sneakerheads since its first release in 2001 and dad shoes par excellence, the New Balance 991.
A blurry and undecipherable image of the back of what will be the New Balance x DSM 991 but where you can read the DSM logo where we usually find the “991”.
Made in the historic British factory in Flimby – where New Balance MADE in UK shoes are made – this collaboration marks the 40th anniversary of New Balance’s production in the UK.

The new New Balance x DSM 991s will be released on Thursday, April 14 in Dover Street Market’s physical stores and on the concept store’s E-SHOP.
