Once it was a showroom of old cars, today it’is a furniture showroom with an incredible design.
In an outskirt of a housing estate in the Czech Republic, CHYBIK+KRISTOF studio has built a building whose facades are entirely covered with chairs.

900 black chairs that in addition to making the showroom unique allow for the easy replacement of parts in case of damage and its complete annual cleaning, an intelligent solution considering the temporary nature of the project.

Within the pragmatic building, 3 circular galleries represent the 3 segments of which the company is concerned and for which the showroom was conceived.

An ingenious idea that does not seem to be the only one signed by the studio founded in 2010 by two ex-University classmates, Ondřej Chybík and Michal Krištof.
