Jacquemus’ enchanting pop-up on Lake Como

Summer is definitely the favorite season of the vast majority of people, and among them is undoubtedly Simon Porte Jacquemus, the founder and designer of Jacquemus.
To underscore this passion even more, the French brand has just opened its charming new pop-up in Cernobbio, on Lake Como, taking over an old store run by luxury retailer Tessabit.

Jacquemus’ pop-up store arrives to celebrate the launch of the second part of the Été capsule collection, entirely dedicated to celebrating the summer season.
538 square meters on the shores of Lake Como, for an experience worth having if you have the chance.

To launch the novelty of the new Italian pop-up, Simon Porte Jacquemus posted on the brand’s Instagram profile a series of videos (some made by video artist Ian Padgham) and photographs that recall that imagery – splendid but lately a bit overused – of the slow-moving Mediterranean summer, characterized by the typical colors of this part of the world such as green, white, blue, etc., and typically Italian props such as the Bialetti moka and a red Alfa Romeo Spider.
