After months of cancelled concerts and live streaming, we can finally go back to listening to live music, and thanks to Somewhere we can do it in spectacular locations. Since 2016, Somewhere has been bringing electronic music and digital languages to historic locations in Italy.
This year the first event of the festival will be held in one of the most evocative places in Milan and symbol of the city, the Castello Sforzesco. The protagonists of the live event are two exceptional artists who in recent years have made musical research their main stylistic feature: Joan Thiele and Ginevra Nervi

Songwriter and producer of Italian and Swiss-Colombian origins, Joan Thiele presents a style that mixes pop, contemporary urban atmospheres and vintage sounds that fits in with pieces that tell of the passing of Time and its effects. Her sound and originality have led her to work with and be produced by names such as Mace, Venerus and Ceri. For her, Milan will be one of the dates of her tour, which will take her to six Italian cities from 20 June to 29 July.

Joan Thiele’s music will merge with that of Ginevra Nervi, the new face of Italian electronic music. At just 27 years old, Ginevra has enjoyed great success with audiences and critics alike, working not only on her own musical production, but also on two films, curating the original soundtrack and original song. With the latter, ‘Miles Away’ for the film ‘Non Odiare’, she was also nominated for a David di Donatello award.

If you need good music in a special place, this is the event for you. The appointment is for the 26th of June at the Castello Sforzesco in Milan and tickets can already be purchased HERE
