After working together a few months ago on the ZX 8000 sneakers, we talked about it here, LEGO and adidas are joining forces for a multi-year partnership to create products that inspire creativity and promote inclusiveness.
“Our goal is to use the power of sport to change lives, grounded in creativity as the vehicle to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds,” said Aimee Arana, SVP General Manager, Global Training at adidas. “An innovative partner like the LEGO Group allows us to together imagine up new concepts and products that will spark creativity in an inclusive way, particularly helping the development of younger generations.”
LEGO and adidas will create products for both children and adults, ranging from footwear to clothing and much more.
The products are designed for an active lifestyle, for those who keep fit every day.
It is official, the two giants will “play together” from December 2020, the month in which the first drop is scheduled.
