COS, the Swedish H&M group’s brand, is not new to artistic collaborations.
After presenting the installation New Spring, during the Fuorisalone 2017, collaborated with the New York-based art and architecture studio Snarkitecture to create Loop.
The installation, inspired by COS’s love for playful and modern design, brings back to mind the marble games.
Its shape, in fact, a series of inclined, sinuous and suspended tracks, creates a sequence of extraordinary kinetic moments in which many white glass balls slide to create a constant noise.
The tracks then, intertwining and curving, arrive in an adjacent room where lies a sea of marbles that invites guests to explore and reflect on what surrounds them.
The installation COS x Snarkitecture will be open to the public from 8 to 19 November at the Gana Art Center in Seoul.
