LoveFrom, MONCLER is a capsule collection born from the friendship between Jony, Remo, and the LoveFrom and Moncler teams. On one side, talent and craftsmanship, on the other, excellence and creativity. The secret of this partnership lies in the design: the symbolic reinterpretation of the traditional button and seamless models. Let’s see what it’s all about.

The collection imagined by the two brands unfolds in three modules, connecting the jackets to the main garment, which serves as the core. There are re-editions of already iconic models like the field jacket, parka, and poncho—all fastened to the main garment via a (reinterpreted) magnetic button. Functionality and muted colors dominate this capsule. The recycled nylon was exclusively developed by Moncler for this collaboration, and the yarn-dyed fabric underwent taslanization, a process that gives a matte effect and a look very similar to that of natural fibers.

Going back to the famous button—in this case, co-branded—that we mentioned earlier, the so-called Duo button symbolizes the bond between the two brands: the outer garments connect to the main garment through a specially designed layering system, reminding us of the layering technique. The creation of new production processes and specialized machinery to create this button mechanism, in particular, showcases the expertise of LoveFrom, which also resonates in the novel method of precisely cutting multiple layers of fabric.

The labels—along with the moderate use of logos, buttons, finishes, and zippers—prove that for both Moncler and LoveFrom, attention to detail becomes a priority in the garment creation process. The main jacket (the one that serves as the core) is available in yellow, the field-jacket in green, the parka in light blue, and the poncho in orange. All the garments also come in off-white tones.

The comic strip, always present inside some Moncler jackets with care instructions, still features Monduck. This time, however, it is accompanied by Montgomery, the bear from LoveFrom. Even the packaging graphics capture attention: it’s a playful interpretation of the collection, featuring small patterns of garments illustrating the possible combinations in a fun way.
