After 13 years since its first release, the Mizuno Wave Rider 10 returns and does so through a collaboration with the iconic BEAMS boutique, as if to emphasize even more strongly the Japanese identity of the brand.

The Mizuno Wave Rider 10 x BEAMS features a military-inspired aesthetic that blends perfectly with outdoor design and the classic “bright orange” color that has always characterized BEAMS.

The Japanese soul of the silhouette reflects the brand’s heritage that blends with a contemporary aesthetic: nylon materials, smooth leather and taupe shades highlight the 3M elements.
The oversized tongue label is in rubber, while the Mizuno logo on the upper is a translucent nylon overlay that still recalls the military theme. Completing the outdoor design are two sets of tubular laces and one technical unit thanks to a cushioning system that ensures a smooth transition in movement.

Japan is built on the constant juxtaposition between respect for the past and tradition and the tireless desire for technological progress, the sneaker perfectly reflects this balance: the legacy of tradition and the search for a new perspective.

The Mizuno Wave Rider 10 x BEAMS will be available exclusively at the opening of the new BEAMS JAPAN store in Kyoto on May 20th, while the worldwide release is scheduled for May 23rd.
