Stüssy and Nike begin this 2021 with a new eco-friendly collaboration upcycled and insulated with recycled materials and an eco-friendly down filling, plus 5 new and special hand-dyed colorways of the Air Force 1 Low will be released.

A 3 item set consisting of a hooded pullover, a skirt and a pair of pants all made of translucent ripstop consisting of at least 75% recycled nylon that Nike salvaged from disparate waste products, from carpeting to used fishing nets.

The padding has been replaced with Thermore EcoDown, water and wind-resistant recycled polyester while the snap buttons and adjustable drawstrings reflect the military inspiration of the collection.

A special green gradient print contrasts with the ice shade that dominates the capsule.

Rounding out the collection are 5 new and special hand-dyed colorways of the Air Force 1 Low in a collaboration between the Beaverton-based company and the brand founded by Shawn Stussy.

Each pair of Stüssy & Nike Air Force 1 is hand-dyed in Los Angeles, California by Lookout & Wonderland thanks to an artistic practice based on plant color, plant fiber and the soothing properties of the chosen plants. All-natural dyes are ethically harvested, 5 unique dyes were chosen to represent each of the cities on Stüssy’s world tour.

Stüssy’s new collection in collaboration with Nike will be available online on Stüssy’s website, in select Chapter stores and at Dover Street Market beginning January 29th.
