During Milan Fashion Week, PLĀS presents What Artists Wear, a collection of limited-edition garments that aims to imagine a timeless and universal wardrobe worn by creatives. For this presentation, a true Wunderkammer has been set up, a collection of objects of various kinds. PLĀS is a sustainable brand specializing in sustainable knitwear and collectibles, founded by a collective of artists that engages creatives from around the world each year to capture the core theme of each new collection.

What does PLĀS’s Wunderkammer tell us?
In this Wunderkammer, each of PLĀS’s artists, creatives, and friends brought a meaningful object or creation to enrich the presentation space. A collection that reminds us of the modus operandi of explorers and ancient scholars who, by doing this, built a personal image, a mirror of their interests and values. The result, exhibited at Viale Abruzzi 19 until February 25, is a modern Wunderkammer designed around the imagination of PLĀS.

The collection is entirely made in Italy and includes experimental knitwear combining organic cotton, 100% reused nylon monofilament, and mohair monofilament. All handcrafted with Italian dead stock fabrics. The collection also introduces the Muse point, characterized by a modern fluid design that reflects the imagination of PLĀS, a meeting point between art, history, and sustainable craftsmanship.
