Pools From Above, the photographic series by Brad Walls

Let’s face it, the beauty of the pools can fascinate even the last of the skeptics. It will be for their always calm and clean water, for that shade of crystal blue or for the fact that they often rise in breathtaking places that admired while soaking they become even more special.
Like all of us, Brad Walls was so fascinated by them that he dedicated a new series of photographs entitled Pools From Above to these places.

Brad Walls, also known as Bradscanvas, is an Australian aerial photographer named one of the Most Influential Aerial Photographers of 2019-2020.
Brad began the photographic series Pools From Above during his travels in Australia and Southeast Asia, but it was only after he stumbled upon the book Splash: The Art of the Swimming Pool by American writer, author and designer Annie Kelly, that he turned his shots into a bigger project.

The photographs give us an unprecedented view of the pools, capturing the perfection of shapes and colors. The focus is on the lines, sometimes straight, other curves and sinuous, that delimit the inside of the pools with the outside.
In Pools From Above there are no distracting elements, everything is so simple and essential to leave us breathless.
