PUMA collaborates with French designer Louis-Gabriel Nouchi to deliver a visionary reinterpretation of the iconic Mostro silhouette, which we previously discussed here. The partnership marks the debut of the PUMA x LGN Mostro Mule, unveiled for the first time during Nouchi’s SS25 show in Paris.

The new model reimagines the PUMA Mostro, originally launched in 1999, with a minimalist and futuristic approach. The 2025 version stands out with its slip-on fit and streamlined shape, emphasized by the use of a single rubber material. Available in two elegant colorways—tonal white and black—the Mostro Mule retains the distinctive pointed toe that makes it unique, seamlessly blending design and functionality.

During the presentation, Nouchi explained that he had “distilled the essence of the iconic Mostro into a radical mule design using a single material, transforming it into both a design object and a comfortable sneaker.” The inspiration behind this collaboration stems from the strength and natural elegance of the big cat, PUMA’s distinctive symbol.

The PUMA x LGN Mostro Mule will be available for early access starting January 23 on the LGN website, and later, from January 25, at select retailers. With this collaboration, Louis-Gabriel Nouchi not only celebrates a PUMA classic but also propels it into a future where design becomes a universal language.
