Reon Pocket, the portable air conditioner from Sony

Emanuele D'Angelo

The Japanese multinational company Sony has launched “Reon Pocket”, a very small air conditioner to put inside the shirt.
It’s a dream come true, it’s the perfect solution to feel good even under high temperatures.

Reon Pocket is a small bluetooth device, about the size of an ordinary wallet that fits into a special tank top with a pocket at the base of the neck. The small air conditioner connects to a specially created application that allows users to control the temperature via their smartphone.

The new summer accessory designed by Sony uses thermoelectric cooling, it can also be used on winter days. It can cool a person’s body temperature by 13 degrees centigrade and increase it by about 8 degrees centigrade.

Reon Pocket supports both ios and android, has an autonomy of 90 minutes and a charging time of about 2 hours.
A minimalist design, available only in white and weighs only 85 grams, a key feature.

Don’t despair, there will be no more torrid summers, Sony will keep us cool!
