Since its origin, art has always had the function of telling the story of the present, the time in which it was born. This is precisely what Roberto Cigna does with his illustrations, which will probably remind you of those of Pawel Kuczynski.

Roberto has chosen to transform his passion for illustration in his work mainly because it allows him to express thoughts and concepts in the best possible way and understandable to all. Well, you just have to look at a couple of his works to understand that he has succeeded in his intent.

Since Roberto takes his cue from current events we will see subjects that have to do with politics, with the protection of the environment, with poverty, with the world of the Internet and social media. Although every work is digitally finished, the initial idea almost always takes shape on paper, then it is processed from there until the final result.

In our gallery, you will find aesthetically beautiful illustrations, but also healthy carriers of messages, points of view on a world that can not be ignored.
