sacai and Carhartt WIP also have their sights set on SS 2024

sacai and Carhartt WIP join forces once again for Spring/Summer 2024. The premise remains the same as last year’s Fall/Winter collection: combining sacai’s style with Carhartt’s functional sensibility. This time, there are 18 deconstructed and reimagined pieces, ranging from the Reversible Duck Coat to the Suiting Bonding Dress. The launch also featured the Detroit HiTech ghettotech trio and musician Soo Joo Park, who is also a model, with styling by Karl Templer and photography by Stas Komarovski.

The combination of fabrics and details that characterize both brands is reiterated. Carhartt WIP’s Dearborn Canvas, enhanced with sacai’s wool-blend fabric, becomes suitable for both indoor and outdoor wear. Triple stitching, piping, and pockets further enrich the entire collection.

The launch is scheduled for February 22, and the pieces will be available for purchase on sacai.jp or carhartt-wip.com, as well as at selected stores.
