From morning warm-ups to rehearsals, from travel to post-performance recovery: from now on, Salomon will accompany the 154 dancers of the Opéra de Paris Ballet through every phase of their daily practice. The outdoor brand born in Annecy, in the heart of the French Alps, becomes Official Equipment Partner of the historic Parisian company for the next three seasons, starting from this season.

Salomon Opéra de Paris

A collaboration that might, at first glance, seem unexpected. Yet the logic behind it is immediate, rooted in the dynamics of movement — fundamental to both ballet and Salomon’s philosophy. From the stage to the outdoors, dancers and athletes share the same core principles: precision, technique, preparation, and a constant pursuit of improvement. Behind every performance lie years of silent discipline, repetition, and control of gesture. This is exactly the kind of commitment Salomon has understood and supported for nearly eighty years, developing products alongside athletes engaged in the most demanding disciplines, from trail running to competitive winter sports.

Training footwear, technical apparel, and accessories now enter the daily lives of the Ballet’s dancers, inside and outside the rehearsal room. In them, Salomon finds a natural source of inspiration: the same attention to detail, the same rigour, the same mastery of movement that guide the development of its products. To mark the beginning of the partnership, a first visual campaign starring the real dancers of the Opéra de Paris Ballet tells the story of performance not as a final result, but as everything that comes before it.
