The collaboration between Salomon and Palace Skateboards continues with the introduction of a new sneaker, the XT-WINGS 2. This shoe boasts a glossy and luxury-inspired design, characterized by metallic and marbled details. Courtney Dauwalter, the American ultramarathon runner, is part of the launch campaign, and her story intertwines seamlessly with that of the shoe.

Dauwalter is changing the world of trail both in terms of performance and style, making her a perfect fit for this launch. Her goal is to win the three most significant marathons in the world: the Western States, the Hardrock, and the UTMB. But it’s not just about sports; it’s also about art, specifically street art. The artist who collaborated on this launch is Dino da Silva, a creative individual and Palace skater.

The XT-WINGS 2 PALACE will be released tomorrow in the USA, England, and Europe. On this occasion, Courtney will begin the UTMB while wearing the Salomon Running shoes during the marathon, hoping to secure a victory in the competition and stand on the podium wearing the Wings 2. It’s a race that we certainly can’t afford to miss. Dino da Silva and Courtney Dauwalter found themselves in Chamonix, France, where they tested the shoe in two entirely different contexts: skateboarding and running together in the Alps.
It will be possible to purchase the shoe on the Palace website, where all the timings for each country are indicated.
