A few days ago, Aston Martin has given the insiders to get a look at his Valkyrie, the new super-tech hypercar with a British passport developed in collaboration with Red Bull Advanced Technologies.

The Valkyrie will be produced in 150 specimens, 25 of which are prepared with track specifications, apparently already booked.

It raises a 6.5-liter V12 engine whose maximum power is around 1000 horsepower, say rumors not yet fully verified. What is certain, however, is that the twelve manifolds coming out of the engine block come to a single discharge terminal, and considering the limit at 11,000 rpm, they presume to produce a brutal scream similar to the single-seater of the 1990s.

This car will be the direct competitor of the triad, which is currently the culmination of contemporary automotive production: Ferrari LaFerrari, Porsche 918 and McLaren P1.

Adrian Newey, one of the best engineers in the history of Formula 1 – and the most successful designer of every era with ten world-class builders, claims that the cars of the above triad are “big, slick and heavy.”

Competitors has been notified.
