Vinilica vol. 89 – LA NIÑA

-
Emanuele D'Angelo

An unmistakable voice that will make you fall in love with her at first listen, no it’s not a promo, since her debut we have fallen madly in love with the irresistible sound of LA NIÑA.

Our new guest this week is an artist who starts from the Neapolitan tradition to propose a new and bold vision of pop, combining folk, neo-melodic and trap with an extraordinary effect.

In fact, LA NIÑA takes the cultural and musical heritage of his beautiful hometown to turn it upside down and reshuffle it with the future.
And the proof is indisputable “EDEN”, the first EP of LA NIÑA, released on February 12 by Sony Music Italy.

Few tracks, but in 15 minutes he manages to tell his multifaceted world of sound. A world in which Naples can be heard and touched, from the first track “CIENT’ VITE” to the last “STORIA DI AFRODITE”.

And only after listening to this beautiful Ep you are allowed to listen to the playlist that LA NIÑA has compiled exclusively for Collater.al Mag. A playlist to get to know her better, to enter her world contaminated by the unique influence of a city like Naples.

The playlist is titled “Vitamin M,” and she tells you why directly.

“Music is my cure, and these songs are my pills.”
