BAPE and Woolrich have announced and released their collaboration that combines the American brand’s design tradition with its iconic Buffalo Check, with the streetwear aesthetic thanks to BAPE’s signature Camo.
The joint venture between a brand that boasts over 190 years of history and represents the legacy of the American outdoor as Woolrich and one of the most important streetwear brands in the world, A BATHING APE, has produced a limited capsule collection consisting of a contemporary interpretation of the Arctic Parka by Woolrich, a blanket, a pillow ApeHead and a logo T-shirt.
The Arctic Parka, made of wool-blend jacquard fabric, combines the Buffalo Check pattern with the iconic BAPE CAMO, the distinctive graphics of the Japanese brand. The peculiarity of this item is the double face collar characterized by co-branding.
The blanket follows the graphic motifs of the parka on one side, while on the other we find a solid color with the oversized logo of the collaboration in jacquard.
The ApeHead pillow, also made of wool-blend jacquard fabric, features the Buffalo Check pattern and the famous Ape Head on one side, while on the other stands out the BAPE CAMO.
To close the collection we find the T-shirt that mixes the two logos of the brand: the Ape Head is in total Buffalo Check, while the BAPE CAMO fills the Woolrich logo.
The BAPE × Woolrich collection is already available at authorized A BATHING APE stores, Woolrich flagship stores, woolrich.com and bape.com.
